At Desserts & Decor LLC dba Sweet Streets of Brooklyn, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. To ensure every order reaches you at its best, please review our Freshness Policy:

1. Freshness Guarantee

• All cookies, cupcakes, and baked goods are prepared fresh for their scheduled pickup or delivery date.

• Beyond this time, we cannot guarantee freshness, taste, or texture.

2. Pickup Guidelines

• Orders must be picked up at the scheduled date and time.

• If alternate pickup arrangements are required, please contact us in advance.

• Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered forfeited.

3. Delivery Guidelines

• Deliveries are guaranteed for the scheduled delivery window.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

• Sweet Streets of Brooklyn cannot guarantee quality if deliveries are delayed, left in uncontrolled environments, or stored improperly.

4. Refunds & Remakes

• Orders not picked up or received within the guaranteed freshness window will not be refunded or remade, unless prior arrangements were made.

• Sweet Streets of Brooklyn reserves the right to decline requests for replacement due to missed pickup or improper storage.

• Any concerns regarding the quality or condition of an order at the time of receipt should be reported within 24 hours for review.

5. Storage Instructions

• To maintain optimal freshness, store cookies and baked goods in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

• For the best taste and texture, we recommend consuming baked goods within 2–3 days of pickup or delivery

• Improper storage or exposure to excessive heat, humidity, or other unsuitable conditions may affect product quality and freshness.
